Teen Bible Study

Beginning in November, Father Gabriel is starting a teen Bible study. The Bible Study will be on Thursday evenings at 6pm. Reading materials for each session will be handed out on the previous Sunday, enabling youth to be prepared to discuss the topic and have questions ready. A snack sign-up sheet will be on the bulletin board.

Online Interactive Course for Teens

Beginning on October 22nd, Father Gabriel has arranged for us to participate in an online interactive study group with renowned speaker, Father Dan Suciu. Study groups will be every Thursday evening and can be participated in at an individual level from your own computer at home.

2010 District Winter Youth Rally

The next District Winter Youth Rally will be hosted by our parish here in Fort Walton Beach on the weekend of January 15-18, 2010. This is a major event, especially as it will be combined with the cross dive, and everyone needs to be prepared to help with and support this event. Brett and Stella Verzwyvelt are the chairpersons.

Basketball practice and Volleyball practice Every Sunday following coffee-hour. Volleyball practice is held at the park next to IHop in Fort Walton Beach. Basketball practice is at the park behind Arby’s, West of Hurlburt Field.

FALL TALENT SHOW and Family NightSunday, October 25th 5:30pm This will be another fundraiser. We will begin planning at the October 10th meeting. Please see Mrs. Hunt to sign up to perform. As before, we will sell baked goods, pizza and soda. This event is open to the entire parish and admission will be free.
