O Gladsome light of the Holy glory of the immortal Father heavenly, the holy blessed Jesus christ. Now that we are come to the setting of the sun and behold the light of evening, we hymn thee Father, Son, and Holy Spirit: God. It is meet and right that at all times thou shouldst be magnified by voices of praise, O Son of God, the giver of Life. Therefore, the whole world doth glorify thee.
