Saints Markella and Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church

The Philoptochos of Saints Markella and Demetrios reached out and helped a local single parent and her child with autism this Pascha/Easter. The project was spearheaded by Mrs. Angela McBroom. Philoptochos members collected food items, clothing, an Easter basket with goodies, and gift certificates to Walmart. Thanks to everyone who was involved and helped! We also plan to help a family this Christmas and to continue doing this every year.
